I recently responded to an article about a Texas woman who kidnapped her kids from CPS Custody that was posted to several AFRA Groups…
I also mentioned the fact that another group of individuals ran an Underground Railroad they call FamTrack and how detrimental it would be for anybody to fall into this type of conduct… 
As is normal for this group of misfit gypsy tramps and thieves, they responded and claimed they were the ones being accused even though no names were mentioned…
Also true to form they attempted to put the blame off on AFRA and AFRA Members for their illegal and highly destructive conduct…
I've had it with these people whose only goal is to destroy anybody and everybody that they consider competition to their little financial empire… It is a very serious infraction to violate the confidentiality agreement of AFRA Groups and especially for a ranking AFRA Executive to violate that agreement…
But fact is I am tired of sitting back and watching very good people under constant attack by these trolls and am prepared to face the repercussions of this violation…
In my reply to the post I reminded everybody of the Christine family of Oregon who snatched their children at gun point from a CPS Social Worker and how they are both still in prison and their parental rights terminated…
Ms. Suzanne Shell and Kay Henson both jumped up screaming that it was AFRA that advised the Christine's to undertake this self destructive act… This could not be further from the truth. The Christine's were arrested in August 2001 and AFRA was not even begun until 2/11/02…
It was Shell herself who advised the Christine's to grab the kids and run… If you would take the time to read her book you can see she openly admits to harboring fugitive families and assisting them in hiding from CPS… This would be great except for the Fact that every family who has attempted this at the advice of Shell and Henson has been caught and had their rights terminated…
On Friday June 11, 2002, Kay Henson posted a lengthy message to the AFRA BOD with the following statement included.

I also plan to continue to build up the underground railroad I began in 2002. For those of you who didn't know, well, now you do. I expect absolute confidentiality.

I will supply a complete copy of the entire message with headers attached if anybody so desires, but you all get my point… The fact is the FBI has been investigating FamTrack for over a year now and Shell and her cohorts are trying to wiggle out of the possible criminal charges they face by casting accusations against AFRA and AFRA members… Fortunately, the FBI already has the entire post by Ms. Henson and has verified the validity of it as being original and unedited in any way…
The members of Shells little group of misfits doesn't stop there, we have Corrine Merwin who has not only been arrested for Possession of Cocaine, Passing a Worthless Bank Document, Domestic Violence, and Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm, but she also turns families into CPS as proven by

 As a result of this letter there is now a little 3 year old boy in a coma in a Tampa Hospital who is dieing because of a lack of medical treatment resulting from CPS intervention in this case because of Merwin… Are these the type of people you really want to deal with?

And it doesn't stop there folks, we have The Elf, I call her that because she has so many aliases nobody really knows what her name is and she can't even keep them straight herself as proven by the numerous different names she has signed court documents with in the Tower v. Shell, Elf, and Merwin case…

You can find out what kind of a head case she is by goggling the name Linda Elf… She held two day care case workers prisoner in her home because they were shutting her down for not supervising the children in her care and fraudulent record keeping…

Then we have Misty who likes to spend her time in various mental hospitals, Myrna who has three DUI arrest to her credit and the self ordained Rev Brewer who tried to steal an $8000 above ground swimming pool and destroyed the landlord's house when she got caught…

As for Shell herself, she claims that she got her kids back in 4 days, or 1 month, or that they were never taken when the fact is she stood by and watched the step father beat the kids with a martinet (cat of nine tails) and the kids were sent by the court to live with their real father…

 She was also arrested for carrying a concealed weapon on an aircraft and twice convicted of Unauthorized Practice of Law

These are some real winners folks and their goals are to shut down AFRA, disrupt the Rally, and destroy the family rights movement while lining their own pockets… I don't want to restart the past flame wars that these people had going previously but I do want all the new members to know the truth and the people behind all these verbal attacks by Suzanne Shell and her little band of whack jobs…

In response to this post by Dennis, there are some things I would like to say, without flaming. I have had my own dealings with Ms. Shell.  It is God's place to judge, in my opinion, and I never got the memo that He put her in charge of that.
When I first joined AFRA, I had not met Suzanne or any of her group. It was through Leonard Henderson that I met Christine Korn and I was never made aware that there was any "bad blood" to worry about. Christine put me in touch with the family of the first children who were placed in the foster home where my grandson was nearly killed. Christine put me in touch with a foster parent who received custody of the girl who was removed from that same foster home after Tember Rector pushed her down the stairs and broke her arm. 

Through these encounters I learned so much I needed to know about what happened to other children and families. Through Christine I also met Rose Van Gorder, who has done tremendous work here in Colorado with the legislators here, and she put me in touch with the auditors who were doing the audit on the foster care system here in Colorado, which has just released their Report to the public in the past few days. I went to the audit committee on my own. I did my own work for that meeting from the heart. However, I would never have known about it if not for Rose, and I would not have known who to contact without her help. The news article I posted here was a result of that audit. My very well documented story got their attention. My documentation, inspired them to do some further research and what they found was that I had told the truth. However, I would not have had the opportunity to tell my story if not for Rose keeping on top of legislative opportunities, so I can't say that none of the advocates trained by Suzanne do good work. I will say that you should use caution when dealing with anyone whose behavior conflicts with their words.

When I started finding out about the "war" between Shell and AFRA, I quit all groups, but kept up with advocacy news by watching posts.  When an article was posted on the Internet about the UPL case involving Suzanne, a message board opened, and I participated in that board, bringing on my first encounter with Suzanne. I supported Suzanne fully on that message board, and it's there for anyone to see who would like to see it. In appreciation of my support of her, Suzanne taunted me on the BAL (badadvocates.com), called me names and snubbed me. That is also there for anyone to see.

If you want to see how she treats people who back her up and say positive things about her, read the posts I posted, and read what is on the BAL about me in response to that. The truth is easy to see. If you think I'm the only one she has done this to, talk to Anita back channel or read through some of the old posts on the Improvement Project. See what happens to people who go to Suzanne for help without "going through the proper channels." We are here fighting dictatorships, why step into one?

It was with a great deal of sadness that I learned, from Kay, about FamTrack. I would like a copy of the document you refer to with the headers. I have seen a copy without the headers, and I fully believe it is not a fake document because of my own conversation with Kay, I'm just interested in having a copy. Through that conversation I was made aware that Suzanne was fully involved with FamTrack, and through my own investigation of the names of people Kay mentioned, I have learned enough to know the truth in what Dennis is saying.

Because of these things, I rejoined AFRA. I am sure there good and bad people in AFRA groups, and I know there are good and bad people in Suzanne's groups, but as long as Suzanne supports the destruction of people and families and claims it is her "duty" to do so, I choose to have nothing to do with her.
Suzanne's character, and mine, will be manifested by the way each of us treats others. I'm not going to tell any of the new people here to stay away from her, or even tell you everything I know, or the exact reasons I made the choices I made. We all have to decide for ourselves with whom we wish to align ourselves. Confusion does nothing but cause chaos, and chaos does nothing but keep us from our goals.
