My intention here is not as humble expression but of appropriate correction. Effie Belou (AKA Linda Elf) has once again shot off her mouth before properly checking all her facts. When one begins writing about other person’s affairs, one must be sure to check and recheck the facts before publishing details. This is where slander and libelous issues come into play. As it would be said Linda has once again stepped into it quite solidly here. Included here is the FOIA letter that they do not have jurisdiction.

Elf states that I had not followed Policy on Home Schooling Requirement…. However since Linda Elf has not home schooled any of her three daughters, nor taken care of any home schooled children prior to the State of Connecticut CLOSING down her Day Care she really can not speak to this issue….. She states we failed to follow through with Mandated procedures Ct Statute 6172.3 (10-184, 10-15c, 10-220) Not only had I filed the proper letter of intent. My son had taken the State Mastery test the year before I filed the letter and I maintained open books and was agreeable to testing by the schools and in fact was borrowing books from several of the teachers. The fabricataions ,ß-Elf needs to learn how to use spell check.) In the Dutkiewicz own words show how they did Ms. Maskery dirty with the trumped up charges,

Elf then goes on to mix a home school issue with Ms. Bonnie Maskery’s licensure issue along with my statements of Ms. Bonnie Maskery’s Ad in the phone book under licensed Psychotherapy. These were two very diverse issues. It is clear that because of Ms. Dutkiewicz ignorance, she thinks that a phone book listing under a certain section makes a person be licensed!

Ms. Maskery had in fact listed herself as a licensed Psychotherapist in the local phonebook and she used the # provided on her Hypnotherapy Certificate as proof to the Phone Company. (When we went to court I had 7 years of phone books with me to prove she had advertised falsely.) The # Maskery gave them satisfied the phone company requirement for a license # which they never checked out. I never stated this made her licensed. Please see the documents of the State DPH Admission Consent Decree signed by Ms. Maskery contained in this work. Further I sought out Ms. Maskery for Grief Counseling following the death of my infant daughter Avonlea. Her business was called Rainbow in a Tear… Maskery in her complaint to DCF states that my pet birds are a “health hazard” when did she add AVIAN SPECIALIST to her long list of made up qualifications Like Holistic Wellness Technician (folks when she filed her small claims response she couldn’t even spell technician- she spelled it techntion- and she states I say words she can’t pronounce - Elf states it is clear that none of the Dutkiewicz have command of spelling and for Mrs. Dutkiewicz to point this typo out while in the same sentence claiming Ms. Maskery made up her Hypnotist certification proves that she is ignorant of the types of certification that exist for holistic healers. It further crystalizes that Mrs. Dutkiewicz ignorance od the appropriate certificationn she falsely accuses that Ms. Maskery needs a license which clearly she does not. Now, however, Mrs. Dutkiewicz needs to "get even" because she discovers that she cannot get her reimbursement from insurance using a holistic healer due to Mrs. Dutkiewicz lack of research on the subject. Mrs. Dutkiewicz then invents the case against Ms. Maskery. All I can say here is this is cut and pasted from Family Advocacy and look at the Elf’s Typo’s look up at the first paragraph she can’t even spell the word fabrication.

Point and Fact Maskery claimed to specialize in Grief Therapy as well as Couples Counseling and Family Therapy. Again see document in this file on services she offered. I in fact never once sought her services for Hypnosis and in fact have never been hypnotized ever in my life by anyone for any reason. I am fully aware that those who practice Hypnosis and other types of non therapy related psychic work are not required to hold a State License… if this were the case I would be required to hold a License to read Tarot Cards or do Energy Work.

Absolutely nothing in Mrs. Maskery's Advertisement states that she does

Psychotherapy. It seems that Mrs. Maskery may have unwittingly been set up by an

Angry client who wanted reimbursement insurance money that Mrs. Maskery

Probably knew wouldn't be covered for her services. Again I point out I had with me in court 7 years of actual phone books with Ms. Maskery’s ads in them proving that she had up until 2002-2003 advertised as a LICENSED PSYCHOTHERAPIST. Again have a look at the documents that were provided to the State of Ct when the case was investigated, there was indeed ample proof followed by an admission of guilt by Ms. Maskery.

Elf then goes on to state that I miss- represent myself by stating I knew Maskery for 7 yrs. Though I lived out of State in Indiana for two years. From 1995-1997 we stayed in contact with Ms. Maskery though not using her services regularly until 2001.Well wow Elfie darling there is something called a telephone and people do use this instrument to keep in contact. There is also this really neat little thingy called mail…. Yep before the internet some of us used both of these…. Wow amazingly sometimes this funny device in my house rings and occasionally I look in my mailbox and there is this really weird square object there… what a concept Eff….. Oh yea and some weird looking guy in a truck brings that funny square thing to my house too…. Imagine that a human being walks up to our houses with mail….. (Course at Suzanne’s house these folk have to wear bullet proof vest’s when they go there but that is a story we will cover later.) She liberally quotes from my Connecticut DCF Horror Story that can be found on the Net, and she claims that I am lying… which fine we are all is entitled to our opinions.

In 2001 I began to regularly work with Ms. Maskery again, I was paying by check and cash once I had reached the Out of Pocket expenditure requirement I applied to my Insurance for reimbursement only to learn that they wanted a letter from Ms. Maskery with her Connecticut Licensure # on it “Mind you this woman advertised her services in the LICENSED section of the phone book. I NEVER had reason to question her until the unethical behaviors came out in 1/2002.

She began to give me a song and dance on the issue. So I began to do some research. Much to my chagrin I found she was not only unlicensed she had also had other complaints filed against her. When I informed her that I had found this out she informed me that she would go to my husband and reveal to him the personal things we had discussed in our sessions if I did not leave it go…. I did not know that she was already discussing my therapy sessions with my mother in law and soon after began discussing with my husband my secret practice of Wicca. I was still an active Jehovah Witness at the time. As a result of her actions I felt forced to Disassociate from the JW Church. The Dutkiewicz children's public school records (remember that under FEPRA, directory information is releasable to anyone who requests) show them enrolled in CT public schools at this time. In fact, 1995-2002 is the seven years the statement of fact that is made in the Dutkiewicz police report. I would like to comment on this statement by Elf. I lived in Indiana in Mishawaka in fact From 8/95 thru 6/97 so my oldest child who was at the time 6 when we moved went to second and third grade at Elm Rd School in Mishawaka Indiana my other two were three yrs old at the time of the move and NOT of school age, in fact they entered pre-k in September of 1997 in Connecticut thus this proves Ms. Elf to be wrong about her records. Another point, A Police report is a statement made to an Officer that is written at a later time which means much of the data is written long after the incident and therefore not always accurate. One can not expect an Officer to remember the exact years of school attendance a child spends if they attend in two different states. But then did I expect The Elf to be capable of getting any of her facts straight? Not in a million years.

I won’t waste a lot of breath on this and I certainly won’t retaliate by commenting that my son’s medical issue was any more real than any other person’s. If anyone would like to see the medical documentation on this I would be more than happy to supply it. I just feel really bad that a child’s medical situation would have to be dragged into this matter between The Elf and me. Last point she blames Mr. Dutkiewicz for this. Mr. Dutkiewicz was away on a business trip when all of this went on I was home alone with the kids…. So once again Effster ya blew it!!!!!!!!

11/19/02 flew to California with my son Ben to tape Judge Judy show. It was

Scheduled for a meeting with the DPH Attorney and she were in big trouble. By this time I had a copy of all the records from DPH including the report from Dr.

Clark that sealed Bonnie’s fate for prosecution. I also knew she had a

Compliance conference with DPH scheduled upon her return home to

CT. In the documents that are available is Bonnie’s Consent Decree and or her ADMISSION of guilt in which she states she practiced PSYCHOTHERAPY from 1995-2002 WITHOUT A LICENSE. Once again Elf you have failed miserably to make sure of your facts before printing your story. Shame on you!!!!

Bonnie Maskery had a hearing, thanks to the Dutkiewicz and was ordered to

Mrs. Dutkiewicz was on her knees for a long time I have to stop here and comment that this statement was made purely because of an earlier statement that I made and was not necessary; Ms. Maskery got herself in trouble with DPH just as Ms. Elf got herself in trouble with DPH. Just as Ms Elf had prior complaints over and over and over for the SAME violations Ms. Maskery had the same situation…. So naturally Elf is going to champion the cause of anyone who has had to deal with DPH. With the

Mrs. Dutkiewicz even complained that she felt it was a mere slap on the

Wrist for Bonnie Maskery and that she wasn't happy about that. She wanted more

Than just the $500.00 civil sanction. So, she then fabricated another story

That Ms. Maskery ended up in a mental health facility. This is false and Ms.

Maskery went to emergency to seek care. (See Dut's PoliceReports). See the documents there is a letter from Dr. Julian Offrey From The Institute of Living that is also part of our Federal Lawsuit File…..

The following documents are in support of my actions against Ms. Maskery and they include one document from The Institute of Living which is a Mental Health Facility in Hartford Connecticut. A Facility that Ms. Maskery logged several stays in during the time I was seeing her as a Therapist and also where she was being treated for mental instability shortly after I filed charges against her. What does this say about my abilities to discern character..... I often look back and wonder….. But then once upon a time I too thought Ms. Elf was my friend as well, and look how she has tried to tear me to shreds time and again. Each time I have been forced to make her look the fool she is…. And when they lock her and Shell up I may just have to post those committal papers too. The one thing I do honestly feel bad about is for being difficult when The Elf’s husband had cancer….. but since I knew nothing about the situation I could not have possibly have reacted appropriately….. Were I to have the opportunity to handle things different I would choose to have never ever of met the woman at all…. My life would have been far better for it to never have happened. The same goes for meeting Bonnie Maskery… I fondly wish our paths had never crossed.
