It does appear that Mr. Tower may not be as bright as he thinks he is but let's look at the last part of the Judge's decision:

Cross-complainant Elf
advised the court that she was not prepared to proceed with evidence. Having failed to
present any evidence or to establish a prima facie case, the Court enters judgment for
Cross-complainant Tower on the Elf cross-complaint.

Ms. Elf, trained by Ms. sHeL, is quite competent according to her associates. Why then would she go to court unprepared? Has Ms. Elf ever been charitable towards others? Not that I've seen. Her constant stalking and harassment of Aimee would prove she is far from charitable.. The answer is quite simple. Had Ms. Elf placed any evidence before the court, she would have incriminated herself and the court would have decided against her.
