Judge Feeney took the bench in 2000, by appointment of
then Governor Engler. It was questioned at that time by
many in the legal profession as to whether Feeney had
the expertise to be a Judge.
Since that time Feeney has separated many families
either through Child Protective Service or divorce.
It is the duty of a judge to use common sense and
investigative actions in order to determine the correct
decision. However, through The Adoption and Safe
Families Act, states can gain income from the separation
of children from parents. Walter Mondale, a supporter of
the Adoption and Safe Families Act knew the importance
of the act, but at the same time stated that he could
see the states might make a business of removing
children from parents. That is exactly what has
happened.
The money comes from your Social Security Funds through
Title IV. Billions of dollars each year are spent in the
system to separate families. It pays wages all the way
to the judges. It is the LEGAL KIDNAPPING AND
TRAFFICKING of children for profit to the states. On a
very large scale, this recently occurred in Texas. The
Texas Court of Appeals and Supreme Court reversed what
happened. It left hundreds of children emotionally
traumatized by the event. This happens hundreds of times
each day to families across this nation. 80% of children
removed are done so by false allegations. It must stop!
JUDGES ARE SERVANTS TO CITIZENS OF THIS NATION – NOT
RULERS OF CITIZENS!
Michigan removes more children from parents than any
other state. This statement was made to the state
legislature by Jim Hennessey, Director of Children’s
Services for the Michigan Department of Human Services.
Children are wrongfully removed from parental care
because they are adoptable. Children that need to be
removed are to often ignored because they are not
adoptable. Children die six times faster in state care
than in parental care! When a child is adoptable, the
state receives income after the child is removed from
parents and relatives. When the child is adopted, even
larger funding is paid to the state. Child Protective
Service/Department of Human Service does not stop their
contracted agency caseworkers from inventing reasons to
remove children and judges “rubber stamp” those case
allegations. This allows the federal funding to flow
into the state and everyone gets paid.
HELP STOP THIS ABUSE OF FAMILIES…………….
VOTE A JUDGE OUT OF OFFICE WHO IS NOT PRESERVERING
FAMILIES!
